Are these online courses or will you send me DVDs?
All of our courses are online. This enables you to access the course immediately, and it enables us to easily add new videos as requested.
Do I get a physical copy of the book?
Sorry, but for the time being, the eBook is only available in a digital format and not in print. We don’t have the systems in place to publish and ship physical books ourselves, plus in our experience, most of our customers want to be able to access the eBook immediately and take it with them on a phone or tablet.
Can I download the videos?
Yes you can!
Underneath the vast majority of videos in the membership area, you will find blue download links. Simply click on these links and the download should begin!
If this doesn’t work, you can right-click the “download video” button and click to save it to your computer.
What currency are the prices written in?
We sell all of our products in US Dollars.
You can work out the rate for your currency by using https://www.xe.com/
You will be charged in USD, and your bank will convert that to your local currency. Depending on your bank, you may also be charged a small international transaction fee too.
Paypal works slightly differently: they will tell you the rate at the checkout and take the money directly from your balance or bank account, so you’ll know exactly how much you’re being charged.
Is there an access time limit / expiry date for the course I purchased?
There is no time limit on the access to your course. In fact, you have a lifetime, unlimited access to all of your purchases from us!
Of course, I can’t predict the future but, we have no plans to ever remove it from the internet and if we did we would ensure that you could download all of the content first.
Do you offer closed captions / subtitles?
Yes! I’m proud to say that we offer these for all of our online courses.
Will the courses work with my camera?
If you have a DSLR, Mirrorless, or Bridge camera, then this course was designed for you! We cover settings that you will find in your camera.
Can I use a prepaid card to buy your course?
Unfortunately, if your prepaid card is from the US then it is likely that you can only use this card within the US. We are a UK company. I would suggest contacting the number on the back of your card for verification or doing a quick google search to see the restrictions for your card.
Alternatively, you can try using a different card or checking out with PayPal.
Can you give me an invoice?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide invoices, and you don’t pay the VAT on our products. Technically we should be charging you extra for it, but instead we just pay the contribution to make things easier.
We actually pay it ourselves since our system won’t allow us to do it automatically.
Seeing as it comes from our account there’s nothing for you to reclaim.
I purchased some training, how do I access it?
To access your training, click here to login.
Then proceed to the ‘My Learning’ tab in the menu bar to access your training.
From here, you can click on the product images to start the courses, and the training modules will open up (or a page with download links if you’ve ordered an ebook).
Our courses are organised into different modules to make it easier to navigate. For example, a video on aperture would be in the exposure module, and a video on the rule of thirds would be in the composition module.
Underneath every training video, you will find a link to download the video. These are hosted on Vimeo so they’re very reliable and always online. If for some reason it doesn’t load for you, please check your internet connection. The videos are not available to be downloaded in one download file at this time.
How can I download the eBook?
To download the eBook, you can right-click on the download button/link and click on “save as…” to save it as a PDF to your computer.
Or when you open up the PDF link, you’ll see a save icon in the top right corner, by the print icon. Click on this to download the eBook.
How do I download and install the presets?
You can download the presets by clicking on the button included in members area after logging in.
There you will also find a video on how to install the presets that you can follow step by step.
How can I send the eBook to my device?

You will need to have access to a laptop in order to download the videos and send them to your iPad.

My ebook won’t load?
The ebook is a fairly large file so it may appear as if it’s not loading, but in reality, it’s just taking a while.
I would suggest leaving it for five minutes and coming back and checking on the progress, or alternatively, right-click the link and click ‘Save as’ to save it to your computer.
If I am not satisfied with the course, can I get my money back?
Yes! We have a 90-day guarantee. It means that if the course not what you expected or it’s just not the right fit for you, you will get 100% of your money back, if you let us know within 90 days after the purchase. No questions asked, no hassle.
How can I ask for a refund?
Just email us and let us know which order you would like to get a refund for and our colleagues will process it for you within a few days.
I accidentally ordered the same course twice. Can I get refunded for the second one?
Of course! This can sometimes happen if you click the order button more than once before the order has had a chance to process fully. Just email us and we will process the refund for the duplicate order for you.
I only wanted to order this product, but somehow automatically bought this other one too, which I don’t want! Why is that and how do I get a refund?
The reason you were charged is because you clicked on ‘Add to My Order’ after your initial purchase, when the course was offered for you. Please just contact us and tell us about the issue, and we will refund you for the product you didn’t intend to purchase.
I ordered a course more than 3 months ago, and I want a refund. Is that possible?
Sorry, we can only process refunds within 90 days.
